Individual Counselling

Counseling is a place where you can be seen and heard in your experience, whatever that is, by an empathetic witness and supported with how to move forward.

That might look like learning how to communicate from an authentic place, developing a deeper connection with yourself, or understanding why problems are showing up for you and how to navigate those in a way that supports your emotional, physical, spiritual or mental wellness.

I offer online and in-person counselling to individuals needing support with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, eating disorders, attachment wounds, and trauma from my office located in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

I aim to make my counselling practice one that meets you where you are at, and cultivates safety within our therapeutic alliance. Therapeutic fit is one of the most integral aspects of therapy, so before booking any sessions I’d love to meet you, to make sure I can support your needs at this point in time.

Please book a call with the link below. If you do not see any consultation space available, please add yourself to my waitlist with the contact form below.

50-minute sessions: $130

80-minute sessions: $190

My approach with relational therapy is guided by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-based approach that helps partners move from disconnection to emotional safety and closeness. EFT understands that beneath most conflict lies a deeper longing: to feel seen, valued, and secure in the relationship.

Sessions are focused on exploring the patterns that keep you stuck, the protective reactions, misunderstandings, and cycles of distance that make it hard to reach one another.

You’ll learn to slow down interactions, build empathy, and respond to each other with new awareness and tenderness. The goal isn’t just communication skills with EFT, it’s emotional reconnection. This approach supports relationships that need help with rebuilding trust, deepening intimacy, and creating a more secure bond that can withstand life’s challenges.

When booking a consultation, please book a time that works for all parties.

50-minute sessions: $165

80-minute sessions: $215

Walk and Talk Nature Therapy

As a somatic practitioner, I recognize that some of the deepest healing can be facilitated by movement. Walk and talk nature therapy takes our session out of the virtual office and into the fresh air, along Vancouver's beautiful seawall and green spaces. Instead of sitting across from each other, we walk side by side. It's still therapy, just with a little more sky overhead.

This approach pairs naturally with one of the main modalities I use with clients: somatic therapy. Somatic therapy is body-based work that recognises emotions aren't just in our heads. Stress, grief, anxiety, and trauma all live in the body too, showing up in tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, and shallow breath. By moving our sessions outside we combine movement, nature, and somatic awareness to work with your whole self, not just your thoughts. Many people find this integrated approach reaches places that regular talk therapy alone can't.

It's worth knowing that somatic therapy is at the heart of all my sessions, whether we meet online or out on a walk. What walk and talk adds is the extra layer of nature, which supports the nervous system in a tangible, natural way. If you've worked with me virtually before, stepping outside together is just a new dimension of the same body-centred work you already know.
